One of the busier months of the calendar year for us musicians, as we have a mixed bag of goodies.  All Saints, All Souls, First Friday, two more Sundays of Ordered Time, Christ the King, Thanksgiving, and, to cap it off, the First Sunday of Advent.  Let's journey, shall we...

All Saints
Monday, XI-1, at 9:00 AM

Normally a holy day of obligation, but since somewhere in the 1990's, that obligation has been disposed of if the holy day in question falls on a Saturday or Monday.  This year, All Saints falls on a Monday, so the obligation is absent, but we are having Mass IN THE CHURCH that morning at 9:00 AM.

NOTES:
1. The 12:05 Mass is in the Extraordinary Form (that is, the Traditional Latin Mass according to the Roman Missal of 1962).
2. At all three Masses, the music for the Proper and Ordinary of the Mass will be from the Requiem Mass of Fr. Carlo Rossini, an Italian-born priest who was longtime music director and organist at St. Paul's Cathedral in Pittsburgh, PA in the early 20th century.  As this entire sung Mass setting is sung in Latin, the translation will be included in the Mass Guide.
3. All Masses will be IN THE CHURCH.

The Rossini Requiem Mass consists of:
